Español If you want to transmit a complaint you must know the following:
- If the complaint is related to breaches of the content of the 2006 Maritime Labor Convention, you must follow the complaints procedure of the Convention itself. On board, you will find a complaints procedure to which you must process as established.
- If the complaint is of another type, contact us using the following application indicating your name, surname, address (for communication purposes), telephone and email, and the reasons. Within 20 days, we will inform you of the actions carried out and of the measures, if any, taken.
